As a Team Lead, you will drive the execution of projects and initiatives while leading team members, impacting customer satisfaction, store profitability, and aligning with our purpose.

Positions Available:

• Logistics Team Lead
• Operations Team Lead
• Store Inventory Control Team Lead
• Store Merchandising Team Lead
• Sales Team Lead Softlines
• Sales Team Lead Hardlines

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least two years of relevant work experience.
• Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets.
• Compliance with federal and state requirements for firearm transactions, where applicable.
• Qualify to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, plan-o-grams, and manuals.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Understanding of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office.

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Meet firearm transaction requirements and FOID card qualifications (Illinois only).
• Complete Firearms Sales Certification Training, if applicable.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Good hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and professional conduct.
• Stand, walk, reach, handle, and lift up to 20 pounds constantly; lift 21-40 pounds frequently; lift 41-60 pounds occasionally.
