Qualifications:

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Work Experience

• Minimum two years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in supporting people and processes to achieve operational excellence and sales targets.
• Must meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions.
• Must qualify for and maintain FOID card (Illinois only).

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills; effective problem solver and communicator.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Ability to understand and carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
• Working knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office.

Additional Requirements (excluding Lead Cashier):

• Meet federal and state requirements for firearm transactions.

• Complete Firearms Sales Certification Training.

• Constant standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive motions; ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Frequent stooping, crouching, grasping, pushing, pulling, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Occasional sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
