Jos. A. Bank Clothiers is seeking a Store Lead in Walnut Creek to partner with the Store Manager. You will support sales performance through coaching, developing a team selling environment, and operational excellence when on duty.

The role requires leading by example, driving customer experience, and ensuring adherence to brand standards. This position may involve opening and closing duties and cross-store collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• Ability to train and develop store teams.
• Proficient with technology systems and POS.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team to meet sales, service, and operational goals when on duty.
• Coach and develop team; maintain engaging environment.
• Open/close store as manager on duty.
• Monitor store reports to inform decisions.
• Support staffing and training within the store.
• Ensure branding and store programs are executed.
• Drive customer experience and Net Promoter Score.
• Conduct regular store meetings.
• Act as role model and communicate priorities to staff.
