Motion Recruitment is seeking a Product Manager for a 6-month contract in Irving, TX. The role focuses on Store Systems, inventory, ordering, and replenishment, driving a clear product vision and roadmap for store operations.

Responsibilities include translating business needs into actionable backlog items, partnering with cross-functional teams, and identifying digital solutions to streamline processes. On-site work is expected for the duration of the contract.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of product management experience in enterprise tools, retail technology, operations platforms, inventory systems, ordering systems, or workflow products
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technical, merchandising, supply chain, and field teams
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas, business rules, and tradeoffs
• Experience in Agile environments, backlog management, and sprint execution
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
• Familiarity with product assortment, inventory management, ordering, replenishment, store operations, or retail systems is a strong plus
