Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in product management for digital/eCommerce.
• Experience managing backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience delivering digital products with cross-functional teams.
• Proven lifecycle management from concept to launch and improvement.
• Data-driven decisions using KPIs and OKRs.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Agile frameworks, tools, and practices.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and manage backlog for digital products and platforms.
• Align priorities with customer needs, digital strategy, and business goals.
• Translate insights into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as liaison between business, engineering, UX, analytics, data science, and vendors.
• Prioritize enhancements, defects, and work based on value and timelines.
• Collaborate in Agile ceremonies across teams to deliver features.
• Monitor KPIs and analytics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Drive discovery and AI-enabled opportunities to improve outcomes.
• Mentor teammates and drive modernization of planning systems.
