Job summary

Tory Burch is seeking team members for a fast-paced luxury retail environment in the United States. You will support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, assist with stock, shipments, and store organization, and provide exceptional customer service throughout a busy shift.

The role requires 1–2 years in high-volume retail, open availability for evenings and weekends, and occasional overnight travel. A generous employee discount and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekends.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support front of house and back of house operations in a fast-paced store.
• Assist with packing/unpacking shipments and stock room organization to ensure smooth product flow.
• Greet customers, answer phones, and uphold operational policies and procedures.
