Job summary

Casper is seeking a Part Time Store Supervisor for the Southlake, TX location. You will help oversee day-to-day store operations alongside the Store Manager, lead the sales floor, and maintain a customer-centric, consultative sales culture.

The candidate should have 1–2 years of people leadership in retail or service, with 3+ years in customer-facing roles, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to move boxes and stand all day. Weekend availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years as a people leader in retail or hospitality, plus 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Exceptional leadership with track record of attracting, developing and motivating talent.
• Deep understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.
• Outstanding communication skills with ability to build consensus via influence.

Responsibilities

• Assume managerial duties in the absence of Store Manager/Asst Manager, including opening/closing and ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Lead and advise sales floor team with a goal-driven approach.
• Model ownership, continuous improvement, and achievement of goals.
• Maintain training standards on the sales floor with product and systems knowledge.
• Identify ways to improve store operations and overall customer experience.
• Ensure product/promotion schedules align with Casper HQ instructions.
