Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a store supervisor to oversee daily operations, supervise sales floor and stockroom, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving sales and brand standards.

You'll manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll, train non-management staff, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, protect store assets, operate POS, and fulfill omni-channel orders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
