You will analyze reports to inform decisions, protect assets, and oversee inventory controls. Proficiency with POS systems and fulfilling omni-channel orders is required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines; supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure customer service and operations.
• Conduct staffing/scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
