Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Store Supervisor in the United States to lead the salesfloor and stockroom operations, drive sales, and uphold brand standards. You’ll manage staffing, scheduling and payroll, train employees, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will also oversee product knowledge, visual displays, inventory control and omni-channel order fulfillment, while representing the brand and promoting company culture and values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure service and operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.

• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/ POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
