Job summary

C-A-L Ranch Stores is seeking a capable store operations associate to support daily store activities and management. You will greet customers, answer questions, assist with merchandising, and monitor inventory while maintaining signage standards.

You may train new associates and help in planning daily goals for the team. The role requires experience in retail, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing work environments and shift priorities.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer, answer questions, and help locate products.
• Assist daily operations including merchandising, display presentation, signage, and inventory monitoring.
• Train new associates on systems, procedures, and product knowledge.
• Create and implement daily worklists and goals for store associates.
• Fill in for Store Manager and Assistant Store Managers when scheduled.
• Open and close the store as needed and scheduled.
• Lead store meetings and work toward store goals and objectives.
• Maintain constant radio communication with all associates.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and awareness of promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, and store housekeeping.
