Goodwill NCW is seeking a Store Team Leader in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. This role provides oversight, guidance and support to team members as directed by the Store Manager, and drives results through the proper handling and processing of donations to meet production and sales goals.

You will utilize reports to lead training and coaching, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and manage scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and leader checklists. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or nonprofit environment is a plus.
• Ability to supervise with strong communication and organization.

• Supports recruitment by interviewing and selecting candidates aligned with the organization’s mission and values and ensures successful onboarding for all team members in partnership with Store Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
