Vans is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to coach associates, drive sales, and uphold brand standards across merchandising, inventory, and store procedures.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, supervising daily tasks, organizing stock, training new team members, and promoting an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

Competenze

• 1+ years retail or store leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient with word processing and spreadsheets.
