Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and service standards.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment aligned with brand directives.
• Support inventory control, shipping, receiving, and loss prevention.
• Promote community engagement and uphold store policies and safety procedures.
