Under Armour in Dawsonville, GA is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, coach teammates, and back up the Assistant Store Manager. You will uphold merchandising standards and help cultivate a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities include analyzing daily sales trends, directing merchandising moves, enforcing loss prevention, and coordinating onboarding with store and regional leadership. The role requires strong communication and the ability to stand and lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a retail environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding.
• Knowledge of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyse daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions.
• Analyse merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
• Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance and results.
• Lead and/or rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain experience across all areas of the business.
• Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products.
• Communicate with teammates about accidents/injuries to store leadership immediately.
• Communicate clear priorities, sales and KPI targets to sales teammates to achieve target.
• Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and continuous training.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
