Beyond Yoga Westport, located in Westport, CT, is seeking a Full-Time Store Manager on Duty to lead daily operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee cash handling, floor sets, replenishment, and customer issue resolution while driving KPIs and store growth with the team.

Qualifications

• Accountable to store manager for opening/closing as manager on duty and resolving customer concerns.
• Manage cash handling and merchandise operations with standards (shipments, floor set, markdown, replenishment).
• Provide coaching on selling culture and customer connection to ensure top service levels.
• Supervise store team in absence of other management staff and onboard new hires.
• Drive performance KPIs (conversion, units per transaction, sales per hour) and foster inclusive culture.

Responsibilities
