Job summary

Beyond Yoga, a premium active lifestyle brand headquartered in Los Angeles, is seeking a Full-Time Store Leader for our Westfield location. You will drive sales, coach a small team, and deliver an elevated customer experience rooted in product knowledge and service.

You'll manage merchandising, operations, and community engagement in-store, with a focus on goals, KPI improvements, and a hospitality-driven culture that reflects Beyond Yoga's values.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in apparel or activewear.
• High School graduate or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to manage teams, operations, and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Drives Results & Problem Solves.
• Execute initiatives to exceed sales goals, increase traffic, and improve KPI's (conversion, UPT, and average transaction).
• Demonstrate problem-solving and learning agility to navigate ambiguity and build brand presence in the community.
• Champion hospitality-driven culture where every customer feels seen, heard, and valued.
• Lead the team in delivering elevated experience rooted in product knowledge and conversion.
• Cultivate brand loyalty through community engagement, in-store events, and clienteling.
• Plan and execute visual merchandising standards reflecting the Beyond Yoga brand ethos.
• Manage in-season product assortments and maximize in-store presentation.
• Use product knowledge and performance metrics to drive sell-through and adjust on the floor.
• Ensure seamless daily operations, including SOPs, replenishment, inventory, and compliance.
• Support schedule optimization, labor productivity, store performance and P&L.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and health & safety protocols.
