Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in apparel or activewear.

• Strong communication and mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute initiatives to exceed sales goals, increase traffic, and improve KPIs such as conversion, UPT, and average ticket.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and learning agility to adapt quickly and build brand presence in the community.
• Champion a hospitality-driven culture where every customer feels seen, heard, and valued.
• Deliver an elevated in-store experience with deep product knowledge and fabric/fit/function emphasis.
• Grow brand loyalty through community events, pop-ups, and clienteling.
• Oversee visual merchandising, SOPs, inventory, and store policy compliance.
