Job summary

Beyond Yoga is seeking a Full-Time Store Lead in Lone Tree, CO to manage daily store operations, payroll, cash handling and inventory control. You will support the Store Manager in guiding the team to reach sales goals and maintain a collaborative selling environment.

You will drive performance metrics, assist in hiring/training, and ensure brand-aligned visual merchandising. The role demands flexibility and a commitment to customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience and coaching/training skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Self-starter with growth mindset and adaptability to new initiatives.
• Ability to perform essential job functions and lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store procedures, payroll management, cash handling and inventory control.
• Support Store Manager in leading the team to achieve sales goals and engagement.
• Drive KPI performance like Conversion, Units Per Transaction, and Sales Per Hour.
• Hire, train and retain store staff; onboard new hires on brand values and products.
• Ensure flawless store visuals and merchandising per corporate direction.
