Job summary

Beyond Yoga is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to lead daily store operations, payroll, cash handling and inventory control while delivering exceptional guest service.

You will coach and develop a team, help recruit and train new associates, drive sales KPIs, ensure flawless merchandising, and foster a positive, inclusive store culture aligned with Beyond Yoga values.

This is a full-time role based in San Clemente with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Progressive retail leadership experience with coaching/supervision
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays
• Strong communication and team-building skills

Responsibilities

• Drive daily store operations, payroll, cash handling, and inventory control
• Lead the team to achieve sales goals with engagement and collaboration
• Open/close store and resolve customer concerns with positive outcomes
• Strategize to improve conversion, units per transaction, and sales per hour
• Hire, train, and retain store staff; onboard new hires with Beyond Yoga values
• Collaborate with Home Office and local teams on events and brand engagement
