Qualifications

1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards.
Partner with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to maximize store profitability and foster an inclusive team culture.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
Support stockroom operations by organizing inventory and processing shipments.
