Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Support store team in achieving sales goals and monitor KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and coach associates to deliver engagement and meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations and inventory flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
