Job summary

Team Washington, Inc., owner of Domino’s Pizza in the Washington DC metropolitan area, seeks a Store Assistant Manager for the Fairfax, VA location. You will assist in daily oversight of sales, costs, employee retention, customer service, and food quality while leading a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will help supervise staff, manage schedules, uphold brand standards, and support managers in delivering efficient, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills as needed in interactions with management, and customers, take and process orders
• Superb ability to multi-task
• Ability to pass applicable Company background checks
• Ability to lead the team on duty!

Responsibilities

• Oversee store in the absence of the General Manager according to policies
• Ensure customers are welcome; staff are courteous and service-oriented
• Supervise that food and products are prepared and served to brand standards
• Assist in opening, closing, and preparation lists
• Hands-on preparation of food and coordination of deliveries
• Train staff to meet sales, service, quality, cleanliness goals
• Control cash handling and reconciliation
• Fill in to maintain customer service and efficiency
• Assist in product management and deliveries per brand standards
• Identify labor or food costs and take actions to improve
• Assist in scheduling labor by activity and cost targets
• Know HR policies
• Provide suggestions to General/Regional Managers
• Maintain knowledge by attending workshops and reading publications
• Perform other duties as assigned
