Job summary

Team Washington, Inc. is seeking a Store Assistant Manager for a Domino’s Pizza location in the Washington DC metropolitan area. You will assist in daily oversight, coordinate sales and service, ensure food quality and sanitation, and lead a team to deliver great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in the absence of the General Manager
• Ensure customers are welcome and service is courteous
• Maintain brand standards for food quality and portioning
• Assist with opening/closing and prep lists
• Lead hands-on food preparation and service
• Support sales, service, and cleanliness objectives
• Adhere to cash handling and reconciliation procedures
• Fill in where needed to ensure customer service and efficiency
• Assist in product receiving and deliveries per brand standards
• Identify and control labor and food costs
• Schedule labor based on activity while maintaining staffing
• Know HR policies and be a resource to staff
• Provide feedback to managers
• Maintain professional knowledge and comply with policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
