• Assist in daily oversight, coordination and execution of sales, costs, and customer service objectives.
• Ensure customers feel welcome and staff are responsive, courteous and service-oriented.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation to brand standards; ensure sanitation and cleanliness.
• Assist in opening/closing and daily prep tasks; support scheduling and labor optimization.
• Provide guidance to General/Regional Managers and maintain professional knowledge.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies and procedures.
