Job summary

Team Washington, Inc., a Domino’s Pizza franchise serving the Washington DC metropolitan area, is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to support daily operations, uphold brand standards, and help drive sales, service, and guest satisfaction.

You will assist the General Manager, supervise team members, manage cash handling, scheduling, and food safety, and ensure clean, welcoming stores. Prior retail/hospitality supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise store operations in GM's absence.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cash handling and reconcile cash.
• Experience with scheduling labor and controlling costs.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
