Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the store leadership team and drive customer experience.
• Lead by example and coach associates to meet sales and productivity goals.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage and task delegation.
• Assist in stockroom operations and ensure product flow to sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support inventory control.
