Job summary

Vans, a premier retail brand, seeks a Supervisor to support the store's leadership and drive a best-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

In partnership with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will help maximize profitability, foster an inclusive culture, and contribute to the store’s success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Strong coaching and development skills with diverse teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Comfortable with basic office software and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through authentic interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and nurture a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity and customer service targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and stock flow.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
