Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred
• 2+ years related experience working with customers and/or sales
• Notary License (preferred)
• Previous supervisory or demonstrated ability in providing direction
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight to a team of colleagues in the achievement of objectives
• Lead day-to-day team leadership and work direction for efficient service delivery while ensuring compliance
• Monitor teller and platform workflows and delegate duties
• Drive operational excellence in cash handling, vault management, and fraud prevention
• Coach and develop team on delivering effective customer service and cross-sell opportunities
• Engage with TD Partners to service customers in the channel best suited to their needs
