Job summary

TD Store in Philadelphia is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to lead daily service, sales, and operations at a branch location. You will guide a team to deepen customer relationships and deliver TD’s model of convenient, personalized banking experiences.

Responsibilities include coaching staff on advice delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving end-to-end customer solutions. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity or equivalent.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Previous consumer and residential lending experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.
• Demonstrated organization, interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.
• Shows proficiency with expense management.
• Notary License (Preferred).
• Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS to engage in conversations about loan products.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of advice and service colleagues to achieve store objectives.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to ensure compliant, personalized service delivery.
• Oversee complex sales and advice activities across multiple systems and partners.
• Deliver end-to-end banking advice by highlighting product features and customer needs.
• Manage customer referrals and lead generation to drive business growth.
