Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Notary License preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience with coaching skills.
• Strong organization and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervisory oversight to a team of advice and service colleagues.
• Leads day-to-day store activities to ensure customer service and sales objectives.
• Maintains compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Drives customer relationships and coordinates sales and service activities.
• Handles customer escalations and ensures prompt resolution.
• Oversees cash handling, vault management, and security procedures.
