Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day team activities to ensure operational excellence and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manage the Store and have the ability to run the teller side, platform and customer escalations.
• Lead, develop and coach the team on delivering effective customer service, product and advisory conversations.
• Promote sales and advice strategies to improve the overall customer experience.
• Ensure risk controls, cash handling, and regulatory guidelines are followed.
