Job summary

Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an Associate Manager to support the General Manager in strategic planning and execution for a flagship store in Destin, FL. This role focuses on driving profitable results through strong leadership, brand integrity, and customer-centric selling techniques.

The Associate Manager will guide a team, lead client development efforts, and coordinate with leadership to optimize staffing, training, and store operations.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Retail management or similar experience in a high-volume, specialty environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Flexibility to work day, evening, weekends and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in analyzing business trends and strategic planning for the store.
• Create a consistent customer experience aligned to RL brand expectations.
• Assist in creating the store client development strategy and lead community outreach.
• Execute talent strategy and build a team with the customer at its core.
• Drive recruitment activities and ongoing talent development conversations.
• Ensure store standards and inventory control meet brand requirements.
• Champion use of new technology to support sales initiatives.
• Uphold all company policies and procedures.
