Job summary

Mud Bay in Shoreline, WA is seeking full-time Store Staff to welcome customers and their pets with a friendly, educational approach. You will engage dog and cat owners, advise on solutions, and help drive sales through complete pet-care recommendations.

Responsibilities include handling POS transactions, keeping the store clean and organized, and contributing to team growth with open communication. Availability for multiple shifts and locations is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Comfortable using computers, calculators and 10-keys.

Responsibilities

Mud Bay’s Store Staff are the heart of Mud Bay. They are flexible, friendly, and focused on providing an outstanding experience to everyone who walks through our doors.

Competitive base pay: The target starting pay for this position will be at the entry point of the range, at $21.30.

The pay range of $21.30 to $24.50 per hour allows our employees room for growth through annual increases and promotion potential.

When you'd work: This is a Full-time position with availability needed for Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday. Shifts will vary, but can typically look like: Sunday 845-215, Monday 1245-7, Thursday 2-815, Friday 12-830, Saturday 1030-630 . Store meetings on Saturday nights.

• Is able to work in multiple locations in addition to their home store, preferably three

Required Skills:

• Must be 18 years or older
