Job summary

Mud Bay in Redmond, WA is seeking friendly Store Staff Members to welcome dog and cat owners and provide a helpful, educational shopping experience. This part-time role offers a base pay at the entry point of $21.30 per hour, with a range up to $24.50, and a 20-hour per week schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide a happy, educational, and friendly experience for customers.
• Engage with dog and cat owners, understand needs, and offer solutions.
• Contribute to sales growth by delivering holistic animal care advice.
• Handle POS transactions accurately and manage opening/closing registers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization in sales and support areas.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, stocking, and merchandising.
• Support team learning and foster open communication.
• Work flexible shifts and be able to work at multiple Mud Bay locations.

Description

Mud Bay’s Store Staff Members are the heart of Mud Bay. They are flexible, friendly, and focused on providing everyone who walks through our doors an outstanding experience.

Competitive base pay: The target starting pay for this position will be at the entry point of the range, at $21.30.

The pay range of $21.30 to $24.50 per hour per hour allows our employees room for growth through annual increases and promotion potential.

When you'd work: This is a part-time position, with a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of 20hours per week. Flexible availability is needed Friday/Saturday/Sunday/Monday/Tuesday. Shifts will vary, but can typically look like: Sun: 245-730, Mon: 3-745, Tue: 4-8, Fri: 330-8, Sat: 315-715, Team meetings typically 2nd Thurs: 745-845.
