CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Windham, NH to support the store management team, drive store execution and customer service excellence. This role leads staff in the absence of a manager, ensures opening/closing procedures, and maintains daily operations to enhance customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, supervisory skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, overnights, and weekends. High school diploma preferred.

• Advanced communication and supervision skills are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage and work with store management and crews.
• Supervise store staff; assign, direct and follow up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while promoting CVS service culture.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure positive shopping experiences.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and implement displays and inventory per weekly and promotional plans.
• Reset departments following planogram (POG) changes.
