Job summary

CVS Health in New Hampshire is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. This role leads the store staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing tasks are completed and store operations run smoothly.

Ideal candidates possess deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills, plus strong communication and supervisory abilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store staff and assist store management to drive store execution.
• Communicate information effectively between management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays per weekly promos.
• Reset departments after planograms and ensure opening/closing procedures.
