Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution while delivering excellent customer service. When a manager is not onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the store staff and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed smoothly.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including some early mornings, overnights and weekends, with anticipated weekly hours of 20 and a pay range of $17.00 - $26.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems, and complaints.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage weekly promotions and displays.
• Reset departments according to planograms (POGs).
