Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• An associate degree or two years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) in most cases and makes key store decisions.
• Executes merchandising plans and maintains in-stock conditions.
• Drives engagement by communicating with customers and providing feedback to associates.
• Oversees receiving, pricing accuracy, freshness and quality, and product rotation.
• Ensures logs and safety compliance per company policy and OSHA requirements.
• Performs daily store walks to identify opportunities and coach associates.
• Communicates and enforces company policies to staff.
