Qualifications

• Effective customer service and problem-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) for store operations.
• Take direction from Store Manager and make resource decisions.
• Execute merchandising plans and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Engage customers and provide feedback to associates.
• Resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee work assignments to maximize efficiency and profits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and scheduling restrictions.
• Oversee receiving, pricing, rotation, and quality of merchandise.
• Maintain logs per company policy.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Conduct daily store walks and communicate directions to associates.
• Support company programs to achieve business results.
• Communicate policies to associates.
