Weis Markets is seeking a Shift Supervisor to ensure daily store operations run smoothly, supervise associates, manage MOD duties, and maintain in-store merchandising and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or two years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) guiding store operations.
• Executes merchandising plans and maintains in-stock conditions.
• Drives engagement by communicating with customers and providing feedback to associates.
• Oversees work assignments to maximize profits and comply with labor laws.
• Oversees procedures for receiving, replenishing, pricing, freshness, and rotation of merchandise.
• Ensures safety compliance (OSHA) and accuracy of price/weights laws.
• Performs daily store walks to identify opportunities and provide direction.
• Supports and executes company programs and communicates policies to associates.

Education
