• Shift Supervisor takes direction from Store Manager and makes key resource decisions.
• Executes merchandising plans and maintains in-stock conditions.
• Engages customers and provides service feedback to associates to drive results.
• Resolves customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Oversees work assignments to maximize efficiency and profits.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws, including breaks and scheduling restrictions.
• Oversees receiving, pricing accuracy, freshness, and rotation of merchandise.
