Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering store execution and customer service excellence in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will lead staff in the manager's absence and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed effectively.

The role requires strong reasoning, analytical and communication abilities, with supervision experience and a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Experience as a retail supervisor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support store operations in absence of manager or supervisor.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain displays and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
