Job summary

CVS Health in Indiana seeks a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and performance. You will lead the staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, while upholding customer service excellence.

Ideal candidates have deductive reasoning, analytical and communication skills, and experience supervising retail staff. Flexible scheduling, including early mornings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability and analytical skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when management is unavailable to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise crew through directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and manage shelving, pricing and displays.

Education

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.
