Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor in Indiana to support store management, lead the team in the absence of a manager, and ensure smooth opening/closing procedures. You will focus on customer service, merchandising, and store presentation to build loyalty.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling customer questions, and maintaining stock and displays, with a typical 29 hours per week and a pay range of $16.00-$23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff when no manager is onsite to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Price, stock and display merchandise; manage weekly, promotional and seasonal layouts
