Job summary

CVS Health in New York is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management and drive operations. You will lead staff during shifts, ensure opening/closing procedures, and uphold customer service standards.

Responsibilities include supervising crews, engaging customers, merchandising, and maintaining stock. The role requires flexible scheduling including early mornings, overnights and weekends, with a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Management and supervise store crews
• Work effectively with store management and crews
• Direct and follow up on all activities
• Communicate information to and from management and crews
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality
• Price merchandise and stock shelves
• Execute displays, signs and inventories of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise
• Reset departments following POGs
