Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Shift Supervisor in New York, NY to support the Store Management team and ensure smooth store operations. When managers are offsite, you will lead staff, supervise activities, and complete opening and closing procedures while maintaining customer service standards.

The role is part-time (29 hours weekly) with opportunities to develop leadership skills, work with a collaborative team, and participate in a benefits program for eligible colleagues.

• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when management is not onsite and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers, resolve questions and escalate issues per policy.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise and manage displays.
• Execute weekly promotional and seasonal merchandising per planograms.
• Close/open store procedures and maintain confidentiality.
