Job summary

Weis Markets is seeking a Shift Supervisor for our Conshohocken, PA location. The role includes acting as Manager on Duty, overseeing merchandising, in-stock conditions, and daily store operations to ensure smooth running and customer satisfaction.

You will drive engagement with customers, supervise scheduling to meet labor laws, and ensure price accuracy, safety, and compliance. A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate degree or two years’ experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) and makes key decisions for store operations.
• Executes merchandising plans and maintains in-stock conditions.
• Drives customer engagement and resolves issues promptly and effectively.
• Oversees scheduling to comply with labor laws and ensures proper breaks.
• Oversees receiving, pricing accuracy, freshness, rotation, and logs per policy.
• Ensures safety and OSHA compliance, price accuracy, and weights and measures.
• Performs daily store walks to identify opportunities and give direction.
• Supports and executes company programs to achieve business results.
