Responsibilities

• Acts as Manager on Duty (MOD) ensuring store operations run smoothly.
• Shift Supervisor takes direction from Store Manager and makes key resource decisions.
• Executes merchandising plans and maintains in-stock conditions.
• Drives engagement by communicating with customers and giving feedback to associates.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws, breaks, and scheduling restrictions.
