Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a store team member who opens and closes the store in the absence of management, handles cash, and ensures readiness for the business day. You will greet customers, assist with purchases, and resolve issues to create a positive experience.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent English reading, writing and speaking required.
• PTCB certification or pharmacy license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management and ensure all systems start up.
• Complete product returns, refunds, and cash handling with accuracy.
• Engage customers, resolve issues, and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and back-door access as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist pricing and signage per policies.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including cash reports and ledgers.
